Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@maximusgrace.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Print-on-Demand & Custom Items Because our apparel and custom products are made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We encourage you to review our size guides carefully before ordering.
For customers in the European Union: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items. However, please note that print-on-demand and custom-made products are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive, as these items are made specifically to your order. This exemption will be clearly communicated at checkout.
Non-Custom Items For non-custom items (home goods, accessories, gifts), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
