SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (United States) All products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production, plus 5–10 business days for standard shipping. Total delivery time is typically 8–17 business days from the date of your order.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Standard international shipping is $14.99 with an estimated delivery time of 7–21 business days depending on your location.

Processing Times Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin production the next business day.

Lost or Delayed Packages Once your order has been handed to the carrier, Maximus Grace is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. If you experience a problem, please contact us at support@maximusgrace.com and we will do our best to assist you.
